PURPOSE:To improve the conveyance durability and long-period shelf life of an electrophotographic recording layer without changing the characteristics thereof by incorporating specific metallic salts into the back layer of the electrohotographic recording layer consisting of at least a photoconductive layer, substrate and back layer. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of the following compds. (1)-(3) are incorporated into the back layer of the electrophotographic recording layer consisting of at least the photoconductive layer, substrate and back layer. (1) An unsatd. fatty acid metallic salt of 12-22C, (2) hydroxy fatty acid metallic salt of 12-22C, (3) alkyl phosphate metallic salt of 12-22C. The metals to form these metallic salts are metals of 1-4 valency. A linderic acid, tsuzuic acid, etc., are usable as the fatty acid of (1), hydroxy stearic acid, ricinolic acid, etc., as the hydroxy fatty acid of (2) and various satd. alkuls, unsatd. alkyls or substd. alkyl phosphates as the alkyl phosphate of (3). Ca, Ba, Zn, Al, etc., are more particularly preferable as metals of 1-4 valency. |
