摘要 PURPOSE:To burn fuel completely in the furnace of a boiler, by properly determining the ratio of fuel and air, by subtly controlling the number of revolution of a blast induction motor by changing the frequency of an inverter, in addition to control the air rate by controlling the opening of a damper. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate controller 1 controls a fuel 2 and feeds the fuel 2 into a burner 3. A blast induction motor 4 controls the rate of air 5 by its number of revolution. A frequency setter 6 outputs a signal to determine the frequency of an inverter 7, and the inverter 7 determines the number of revolu tion of a blast induction motor 4. The potential of respectively different standard is impressed on each +terminal of the comparator 20-24 of a frequency setter 6, and -terminal selects the comparator 20-24 by the potential output in accor dance with the opening of a damper 13 which is controlled by the motion of a link 12. The signal subtly controlled in variable resistors 43-47 on the basis of the selected output potential is fed into the inverter 7. The output from the inverter 7 controls the number of revolution of a blast induction motor 4, and the air rate at each point of angle of a damper 13 is subtly controlled by the motion of a link 12.
