PURPOSE:To perform stress integration on invariably optimum condition even for a sample which sweeps a frequency by detecting the period of a stress signal at every specific period and calculating the delay time up to a stress detection timing. CONSTITUTION:A phase data setting part finds the phase data of respective frequencies when the frequency varies, i.e. delay time TDL from an equation, where Tc is one period, thetac is a phase angle obtained by correcting a set phase angle theta, and TDT is a detection time. Every cycle period is detected to find the delay time TDL. This is set as phase data and then the stress of even a sample which sweeps the frequency is measured on invariably optimum condition. In this case, the delay time is calculated on the basis of not the start of the detection time, but the peak of a load waveform. |
