PURPOSE:To obtain a high frequency monitoring circuit which has small varia tion in detected voltage even when a load varies by providing two coupling parts at distance of 1/4 wavelength closely to a main line and leading out micro wave electric power. CONSTITUTION:The microwave electric power applied from an input terminal IN is outputted from a terminal OUT through the main line 11. Then, micro wave voltages led out of the coupling parts 12 and 13 which are provided at distance of about 1/4 wavelength nearby the main line 11 are mixed partially through the 1st and the 2nd transmission lines 14 and 15. The composite voltage is detected by a detection diode 7 and led out as a detected voltage is detected by a detection diode 7 and led out as a detected voltage which has small varia tion even if the load varies from a terminal OUT-1.
