<p>PURPOSE:To remove dusts having low resistivity also by allowing dust-contg. gas to pass through a particles layer successively at plural positions of the particle layer from the downstream side to the upstream side of the particle layer. CONSTITUTION:Narrow throttling mechanism 16 are formed in a vessel contg. particle layers 14 in a dust collecting device basing on filtration through particle layers, and a first, second, and a third stage layer are formed in order from the bottom of the dust collector. Gas G is introduced from an inlet of dust-contg. gas 12, and the gas is flowed from an inlet 15 toward an outlet 31 across the particle layers 18 to a commonly formed space 28 by the first and second stage. In this stage, the gas flows upward by the draft, flowing across the particle layer 18 from an inlet 32 of the particle layer toward an outlet 33 to a commonly formed space 29 by the second and the third stage. Similarly, the gas passes across the particle layer from an inlet 34 toward an outlet 35 to a space 30. Since the gas passes through each particles layer successively as described above, the content of remaining electroconductive dust is reduced remarkably when the gas reaches the upstream part of the particle layer. Thus, the dusts contg. electroconductive material such as carbon having small resistivity can be removed effectively.</p> |
