PURPOSE:To conduct trimming work at every chip unit, and to conserve energy by forming one trimming resistor in common with each light-emitting element in a light-emitting element array constituting one chip unit. CONSTITUTION:One trimming resistors 2 in common with several light-emitting element in light-emitting element arrays formed to chips are shaped at every chip unit. Trimming work is conducted to the trimming resistors, thus allowing the trimming of the light-emitting element arrays at every chip unit. Since there is only one trimming resistor to one chip, trimming work may be conducted at a time to the resistor. |
