PURPOSE:To inspect a circuit board quickly in the actual use state by not only checking a waveform on an oscilloscope but also lighting a liquid crystal display body actually. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board 4 for driving the liquid crystal display body is inserted to a chuck part 1 and is fixed to a fixing plate 2. An alignment mark of the circuit board for driving the liquid crystal display body is picked up by an image sensor 5, and this mark is matched to an alignment mark on a glass substrate by X-direction and Y-direction adjusting micrometer heads 7 and 6 of an X-Y table 3 and a theta-direction adjusting screw 8 while matching the image projected onto a monitor. When positions of the mounted board and the glass substrate coincide with each other, the X-Y table 3 is allowed to fall to bring the circuit board 4 and the glass substrate 11 into contact with each other. A signal is inputted to the liquid crystal display body 10 fixed to a fixing frame 9 through a chromium pattern vapor-deposited onto the glass substrate 11, and the liquid crystal display body 10 is lit, and it is discriminated whether the circuit board 4 is good or not in accordance with the lighting state.
