PURPOSE:To settle the competition between modules by providing modules with register control images. CONSTITUTION:Control modules 301-303 turn on/off only bits, which modules themselves control, and set them to control images 304-306 of a control register (CR1)308 of modules themselves. Each module operates OR among CR1 control images of all CR1 control modules including the module itself by a means 307 to reflect CR1 control states of individual control modules and sets the result to the CR1. All modules which control the CR1 adopt this control system to settle the competition between modules. In case of program extension or change, the CR1 image is provided in every new CR1 control module, and OR between this CR1 control image and CR1 control images of the other control modules is operated and is set to the CR1, and thereby, the CR1 is controlled without discriminating control states or the like of the other modules.
