PURPOSE:To carry a material to be painted, to rotate the material, and to paint uniformly from the periphery by providing recessed parts at every specified angles around the center of a supporting shaft, and arranging a blocking member which strikes against the contacting rod of a rotary body in the vicinity of a carrier means. CONSTITUTION:A fitting part 13 for fixing a hanger 14 is provided at the outside of a revolving body 10, the contacting rod 18 is furnished, and a shaft hole 11 is provided at the bottom part. The head part of a pivotting shaft 20 is fitted into the shaft hole 11, a rotor 30 which revolves along the peripheral surface of the shaft hole 20 and capable of appearing and disappearing is housed in the head part, and an elastic member 32 for energizing the rotor 30 to the peripheral surface side of the shaft hole 20 is provided at the inside. Plural recessed parts 17 in which the rotor is built and from which the rotor is detached are also provided. Consequently, the rotor can be rotated accurately and a material to be painted can be uniformly painted from the periphery thereof.
