PURPOSE:To make a favorable impression upon the user in respect to the use of a device, by providing a multipage memory where information pictures of plural programs in a multiplexed information signal are stored and a program memory whrer programs are stored. CONSTITUTION:Each time a PCP signal is detected, a program memory 11 and a page memory 10 are selected by a decoder 9D to store a program number and a PDP signal. Next, when a program to be displayed is designated through a keyboard 12K, the number of this program is compared with numbers stored in the program memory 11 by a program comparing circuit 14PC. If the designated program exists in the program memory 11, corresponding data is read out from the page memory 10 and is displayed on a CRT13 through a display selector 14S and a buffer 14B. If the designated program does not exist in the program memory 11, the program number stored in a pattern memory 14AM and the pattern stored in a ROM14FM are taken out through a pattern selector 14PS and are displayed on the CRT13. |
