PURPOSE:To increase the recovery rate of produced water and obtain produced water of high quality with less power by providing a train of modules each having plural reversed osmotic modules arranged on the circumference of a rotor on plural concentric circles in a multi-stage fashion. CONSTITUTION:RO modules 18 of small cylindrical shape are arranged in plural lines on a circumference on the external circumferential edge of a cylindrical rotor 16, thus forming a train of external circumferential modules 20. In the same way, RO modules 22 are arranged in plural lines along the circumference of a concentric circle to form a train of modules 24 on the internal circumference in the rotor 16. Feedstock such as salt water is supplied to each RO module 18, 22 of each module train independently from the first feedstock supply pipe 26 and the second feedstock pipe 28, isolated from each other, through infection pipes 30, 32. A centrifugal force is brought to bear on RO modules 18, 22 by the rotation of a rotor 14, so that fresh water separated from the feedstock is collected from a fresh water outlet pipe 42, 44 and delivered from an outlet 52.
