发明名称 EQUI-INTERVAL FEEDING MECHANISM FOR BOARD STOCKER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simplify the operation and to improve the interval accuracy by errecting a board length detector from the side of feeding mechanism while arranging a board material passage detector in the region of carry-out path unit thereby enabling indiscriminate and automatic equi-interval feeding of long and short members. CONSTITUTION:Upon detection of the length of board member 15 through board length detector 41 and feeding to a controller not shown, the controller will transmit a signal to the sensor 42a in board member passage detector 42 corresponding with the board member 15 on the basis of the input signal. Upon passage of the trailing edge of board member 15 under carriage on the carry-out path 13-1 through corresponding board member passage detector 42, a pass signal is fed to the controller. The controller will drive the feed-out mechanism 13-2 and feed out the board member 15 onto the carry-out path while maintaining predetermined interval against preceeding board member 15. With such arrangement, long and short members can be carried indiscriminately and automatically with high interval accuracy.</p>
