摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent a drive circuit from malfunctioning even when an integrating time is longer by providing an integrating voltage circuit so that the reset state of a drive circuit is not released until an integration capacitor terminal voltage does not reach an H level. CONSTITUTION:When the power is applied, an internal constant voltage Vstb reaches a constant voltage with a time delay by means of an externally mounted capacitor C1. When the internal constant voltage Vstb reaches a prescribed voltage, a power reset circuit 6 is activated, the reset state of a drive circuit 5 is released, an integration voltage detection circuit 7 monitors an integrated voltage, and while the integrated voltage is at L, the power supply reset circuit 6 does not operate thereby bringing the drive circuit 5 into the nonoperating state. When the integration capacitor terminal voltage Vc reaches H level, a signal of the integration voltage detection circuit 7 releases the operation block state of the power reset circuit 6, the driving circuit 5 is brought into the operating state and afterward, a signal in response to the signal of the integration circuit 4 is outputted.</p>
