PURPOSE:To obtain a method for manufacturing a rotor having less steps and high productivity by disposing a shaft in the cavity of a mold, and filling plastic dispersed with magnetic material in the cavity to integrally mold a magnetic unit. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 1 having a large-diameter portion 1a and an engaging groove 2 is disposed fixedly in the cavity 6 of a mold 3. Plastic dispersed with magnetic material is filled in the peripheral space of the shaft 1 in the cavity 6, and cured to integrally mold a magnetic unit 8. The shaft is eventually removed from the cavity 6, the unit 8 is magnetized to form a rotor. Thus, the rotor can be manufactured in less steps to improve the yield. |
