PURPOSE:To perform an ohmic connection of electrodes by forming a selenium cadmium sulfide mixed crystal film between a photoconductive film and a leading electrode. CONSTITUTION:Selenium cadmium sulfide mixed crystal film 4 are formed at both ends on a CdSe photoconductive film 2 formed on a substrate 1 of ceramics except a photoreceptor, and leading electrodes 3 of nickel-chromium- gold alloy are formed by depositing method thereon. A characteristic curve III is V-A characteristic when the illumination of the photoreceiving surface in 3 lux, and a characteristic curve IV is V-A characteristic when the illumination is 30 lux. In any case, the voltage and the current have direct relation, and ohmic connection of the electrodes are obtained at 5V of the operating voltage of the using condition of the photoconductive film of this type. |
