Edible pollen pills were prepd. from purified pollens obtd. by treatment of CS2, EtOH, and ozone. About 400g of pollen was harvested from collectors and transfered into cynlindrical containers equipped with small containers contg. 15ml CS2 soln. and strilized for 2hr. The sterilized pollen was combined with 5L of pure EtOH and strained through a 0.5mm mesh screening, using the gravity isolation method. The pollen was then deodorized by placing it in a drier having heater and an ozone supply device for 30min. at 45≦̸-50≦̸C. 373g of purified pollen were obtd. A mixture of purified pollen, ginseng powder, and honey(45:50:5w/w %) was made and divided into pollen pills. Pollen has an effect on intestinal disorders and nervous prostration. |
