摘要 PURPOSE:To improve running stability, durability, etc. by providing a top coat layer contg. a radiation curing type compd., oxidation inhibitor and lubricating agent on the surface of a thin ferromagnetic film. CONSTITUTION:A top coat layer contg. a compd. of a radiation curing type having <2,000mol.wt., oxidation inhibitor and lubricating agent is provided on the surface of a thin ferromagnetic film. A compd. contg. or introduced with a group which is crosslinked or polymerized and drived by irradiation of radiations such as an acrylic acid or the like which senses with ionizing energy and has the unsatd. double bonds indicating radical polymerizability can be used for the compd. of the radiation curing type having <2,000mol.wt. Such compd. is exememplified by styrene, etnyl acrylate, etc. The adhesion of the thin ferromagnetic film is improved and the top coat layer is reinforced by using such compd. A phenolic oxidation inhibitor or the like is used for the oxidation inhibitor and the oxidation inhibitor of the radiation curing type among the same is enumerated by monoglycol salicylate, etc. Silicone oil, fluorooil or the like can be used for the lubricating agent. The lubricating agent of the radiation curing type includes, for example, acrylate, etc.
