<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a curl at the top side of lead wires by forming such constitution that pressing members are separated from a partitioning member to release the lead wires after drawing the lead wires to a middle location in the direction of th length. CONSTITUTION:Pressing members 12, 13 in conjuction with a partitioning member 11 are moved toward the top of lead wires, while putting the lead wires 8, 9 between the pressing members and the partitioning member 11 from the base side of the lead wires. When the pressing members 12, 13 are moved to the middle location in the direction of the length of the lead wires 8, 9, a switching timing of turning arms 16, 17 is set so as to spread the turning arms in a separating direction (in a direction of an arrow C) from the partitioning member 11. Whereby, it is possible to eliminate the generation of a curl at the top of the lead wires and to cut the lead wires in the state of substantially linearly aligning the lead wires.</p> |
