PURPOSE:To remove a disturbance factor in boiler-turbine cooperative control, by controlling a burner so that a quantity of variation of load is made to adjust by only one kind of fuel and ignition or extinction of a burner of the other kind of fuel does not occur while an ignition or extinction process of the burner of the one kind fuel is in progress. CONSTITUTION:Switches 11, 12 are excited respectively to illustrated positions if an instruction signal 1 is transmitted when a load of a generator is being made to vary by making multi-fuel combustion ratio of fuel A/B uniform. Similarly, signals 6, 3 to be generated by the instruction signal 1 excite also switches 66, 33 to illustrated positions respectively. A memory AM-3 stores a measured flow of the fuel A to be obtained directly before action of the switch 11 and a flow control valve of the fuel A performs fixed value control of the measured flow of the fuel A. Because of this, a variation of burner pressure for the fuel A disappears and ignition or extinction instructions of a burner for the fuel A is blocked. Simultaneously with the above matter, tracking of a measured multifuel combustion ratio is performed by a memory AM-1 through a multi-fuel combustion ratio fixing signal and a memory AM-2 stores a multi-fuel combustion ratio to be obtained directly before appearance of the signal 3. As the flow control valve of the fuel A is under the constant value control of the measured flow of the fuel A, a generation load, which is varying moment by moment, applies instruction of a flow variation to only a control valve of the fuel B. After the lapse of a fixed period of time, the instruction signal 1 becomes excitationless and the flow control valve of the fuel A reopens control based on the multi-fuel combustion ratio. |
