PURPOSE:To increase adhesive strength between a collecting plate and an armoring film by preforming an adhesive layer on one surface of a collecting plate and piling up it to an armoring film formed with a window hole for a terminal to stick both together and eliminating the adhesive layer in the portion of the window hole for the terminal in smaller size than the outline of the window hole. CONSTITUTION:Epoxy resin 12 is applied to one surface of a negative electrode collecting plate 11 and it is heated to harden. Further, olefin series hot melt adhesive 13 in the state of film is stuck to the epoxy resin layer 12. On the other hand, a window hole 16 for a terminal is preformed on a given position of an armoring film 72. The negative electrode collecting plate 11 integrated with adhesive layers 12 and 13 is piled up to the armoring film 72 so as to close the window hole 16 and both are pressure-welded with heat. Next, the inside portion of the window hole 16 is cut by using an end mill 17 and the adhesive layers 12 and 13 is eliminated in the smaller circle portion than the window hole 16, and which is concentric with the window hole 16 and the negative electrode collecting plate 11 is exposed to this portion. |
