PURPOSE:To uniformly mix even materials with different specific gravities by constituting a mixing device with a horizontal mixing pan, a rotary discharge gate, the first stirring member provided eccentrically, and the second stirring member located near the surface of the black mix. CONSTITUTION:An inner container 3 rotating in conjunction with a discharge gate 8 is provided in an outer container 2, and the first stirring member 11 having blades 16, 16' fitted to a shaft 13 provided eccentrically and an agitator 17 fitted with a blade 20 near the surface of the black mix 23 are provided to form a mixing pan 1. A black mix material mainly made of manganese dioxide and carbon black is fed through a hopper 5, the inner container 3 is rotated clockwise, the stirring member 11 is rotated counterclockwise, the agitator 17 is rotated clockwise, and an electrolyte is intermittently injected through a nozzle 21 and mixed. Accordingly, even materials with extremely different specific gravities can be uniformly mixed, thus the performance of a dry cell can be improved. |
