PURPOSE:To enable increase in input function without increasing an operating part by having control means which detect the various kinds of improper state such as abnormality of a sheet, etc. and the stop operation of the device. CONSTITUTION:An operating part 65 has a clear key 26, multicopying key 16, a numeric 0 key 17-0, a numeric 1 key 17-1, a numeric 2 key 17-2 and a numeric 3 key 17-3. The output from an inverter 86 is impressed at one end of an AND gate 87 and the output from the inverter 86 is 0 while the clear key 26, the multicopying key 16 and the numeric keys 17 are held operated and therefore a flip-flop 79 is prevented from being set. Namely, the operator can stop the function of detecting a jam by pushing the key 6 and the key 17-3 while keep pushing the clear key. The input function is thus increased without increasing the operating part. |
