<p>PURPOSE:To estimate the life of insulation of a rotary electric winding of which load current is changed complexly by sorting and counting the size and number of the strain amplitude of an insulating layer which are detected by a strain sensor to calculate a relative cumalative deterioration value. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 4 of a strain gauge 3 adhered to the insulated surface of a slot terminal part of an insulating wire 2 built in a stator iron core 1 is guided along the end surface of the stator iron core 1 in the external diameter direction and drawn out from a bushing hole 6 formed on the a frame 5 of a rotary motor to the external. A signal from the strain gauge 3 is amplified by a dynamic strain meter 8 and inputted to a pulse wave height analyzer 9 and the size epsiloni and the number ni of the strain amplitude are sorted and counted every DELTAt. The sorted and counted result is transferred to a microcomputer 10 every DELTAt and SIGMAepsiloni<m>.ni is calculated by an operator 15 and added to a memory 12. Thus, a relative cumultive deterioration value obtained by multiplying a value in the memory 12 by 1/K is printed out by a printer 14.</p> |
