<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of folded patterns on the 1st sense surface therefore the number of analog switches for changeover of said folded patterns, by laminating the twisted coiled wire on the 2nd sense surface. CONSTITUTION:When a stylus pen 8 is pressed to a desired position, the switch signal is produced by a switch incorporated into the pen 8. This switch signal is applied to a control circuit 7. The circuit 7 supplies continuously the pulse current to an energizing coil incorporated at the tip of the pen 8 and at the same time actuates a switching circuit 5 to switch sense lines sucessively. The signal at the X side among signals successively switched by the circuit 5 from sensing line is denoted by signal 13; while the signal at the Y side is demoted by signal 14. These signals 13 and 14 are supplied to an amplifier circuit 6. The circuit 6 discriminates the levels of these signals and delivers the result of discrimination to the circuit 7. Then the circuit 7 detects the position indicated by the pen 8 from the levels of the signals fed from X and Y side sensing lines, respectively.</p> |
