PURPOSE:To gather ribs for a round fan automatically by guiding the periphery of the ribs by the ending edge of an inclined trough, by stopping them and piling one over another. CONSTITUTION:At the foremost edges of a pair of thin resilient sheets 5, 6 coupled with the lower end of an inclined trough 3 on its both sides, the base parts of inner plates 5', 6' and support plates 7, 8 are fixed by bolts 11, and two side rods 9, 10 to hold the spacing of the front edges of these support plates 7, 8 at the engagement width of the grip 1' of round fan ribs 1 are fixed to a receipt plate B on its both sides which is elevated and sunk by a rod 13 of a truck 12 coming into and out of the lower position at the bottom of the abovementioned inclined trough 3. Accordingly, when the ribs 1 slipping downward the inclined trough 3 are fitted in the mouth part of the trough 3, their periphery is guided by the inner plates 5', 6' in continuity from the ends of the resilient sheets 5, 6 and stops there to situate the bottom of the front edge opening part lower than the inclined trough 3. Thus the ribs 1 can be piled up one after another without risk of scattering. |
