<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a large quantity of information and to attain various types of guide control by setting a magnetic code plate on the traveling plane of an unmanned truck and combining three types of polarity on the upper surface of the code plate, i.e., the S pole, the N pole and no-pole in an optional pattern. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic guide zone 2 is provided on the surface of the traveling plane of an unmanned truck 3, and at the same time a magnetic code plate 11 is provided to give various types of information to the truck 3. While magnetic sensors 7 and 7' are provided to the truck 3. These sensors contain many magnetic detecting elements 8a for N poles arranged in a row with a prescribed pitch. Furthermore the sensor 7 of the front side contains many magnetic detecting elements 8b for S poles arrayed in a row with a prescribed pitch. Thus plural trains of magnetic detecting elements for N and S poles are obtained. Then a large quantity of information is obtained by reading the pattern of the plate 11.</p> |
