PURPOSE:To enable to house a temperature control mechanism to control the temperature of catalyst and a flow control valve in a compact space and at the same time performs the prevention of over-shooting of the temperature control mechanism by a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:An inner pipe 38 made of material with small thermal expansion ocefficient is arranged coaxially with a nozzle 29. A slit 39 for air intake is arranged at one end or a nozzle 29 side end of the pipe 38, the other end of which is sealed with a sealing screw 42 connected through a connector 41 to a temperature setting knob 40. A gas supply pipe 43 is made of material with large thermal expansion coefficient. The nozzle 29 side end of the pipe 43 is fixed to a tank contour 9, while the temperature setting knob 40 side end of the pipe 43 is screwed in the inner pipe 38 through a safety part 44 made of fusible metal. Further, exhaust holes are adequately bored on the outer periphery of a catalytic burner part. At the same time, one end of a heat transfer tube 50 is fixed to the tank contour 9, while the other end of the heat transfer tube 50 is sealed with a burner cap 51.
