PURPOSE:To reduce hysteresis at a low cost, by providing a flexible film, which is displaced in correspondence with applied pressure, providing a movable detecting part, which is moved on a sliding surface in correspondence with the displacement, and transmitting mechanical vibration of a mechanical vibration generating body to said sliding surface. CONSTITUTION:A differential pressure sensor 26 is attached to a blowing fan 13 for burning by a mechanical vibration transmitting member 27. Said pressure sensor has a flexible film 3, which is displaced in correspondence with applied pressure, a guide cylinder 10, and a core 12. The friction state between the core 12 and the guide cylinder 10 is kept at a dynamic friction state. In this way, hysteresis is reduced. In this constitution, the hysteresis can be reduced without a complicated valve structure, i.e., without increasing the cost. |
