PURPOSE:To form a toner image having the desired solid proportion and sticking strength of toner on the surface of a photoreceptor drum by controlling a developing time, electric field intensity, an actual developer quantity. CONSTITUTION:In a developing member 101 having plural developing electrodes in the circumferential direction of the photoreceptor drum 1, each developing electrode is independently controlled to adjust the developing time and the electric field intensity and the distance between the developing member 101 and the photoreceptor drum 1 is adjusted to adjust the actual developer quantity. |
