PURPOSE:To maintain comfortable temperature conditions covering the four seasons by a method in which a substance having a small heat conductivity is buried and stacked under the ground below the floor of a housing to form an underground air layer, and the air under the ground is cleaned and sent to each room of the housing. CONSTITUTION:A substance of a small heat conductivity, e.g., crushed stone, broken concrete blocks, gravel, or broken lamps 2 of synthetic resin insulators, is buried in lapped manner under the ground 1 to form an underground air layer 10 in the spaces of these broken lump or blocks. The upper and lower parts of a filter 4 cleaning air and removing the moisture of the air are protected by a receiving net 3 and a covering net 5. When a circulating fan 11 set in each room of the housing is actuated, the air under the floor is blown out from the jet port 13 of each room through an air supply tube 7 and the fan suction port 12 and also through the filter 4 and an air collector 6 while being cleaned. |
