PURPOSE:To analyze household expense easily and accurately by storing and displaying transaction data or the like and inputting it to an external device such as a personal computer. CONSTITUTION:An electronic deposit bankbook (bankbook) 16 is set to a registering machine, and bankbook data corresponding to its bankbook number is transmitted from a main computer with the opeation of a keyboard 14 by an operator. The registering machine transfers this data to the bankbook 16 and displays it on a display part 1. Preceding transmitted data out of bankbook data transmitted to the bankbook 16 is removed. Next, the switch 3 of the bankbook 14 is set to the output mode. When the bankbook 16 is set to the personal computer in this state, the bankbook 16 is synchronized with the personal computer, and a transfer start signal is transmitted from the personal computer. All of required bankbook data is transferred from the bankbook 16 to the personal computer in accordance with this signal. A buzzer 7 of the bankbook 16 sounds to detect the end of data transfer. |
