PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily attach a rope for preventing Karman vortex from being generated by only a pulling operation of an auxiliary rope without use of any footing for the erection thereof. CONSTITUTION:Upon winding a rope 1 for preventing Karman vortex from being generated around a tube body 10, an auxiliary rope 2 is fixed at every winding length coinciding with a prescribed winding pitch of the rope 1, and this rope 1 is successively sent on the peripheral side of the tube body 10 and wound around it while pulling up said auxiliary rope 2 from one end of the tube body 10 to the other end.
