MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AGAINST PROLACTIN OF FISH

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a monoclonal antibody against fish prolactin, by preparing a hybridoma capable of producing monoclonal antibody against fish prolactin polypeptide and transplanting the hybridoma to abdominal cavity of a mouse. CONSTITUTION:A splenic cell produced by immunizing a mouse with a fish prolactin polypeptide is fused with a mouse myeloma cell strain to obtain a hybridoma capable of producing a monoclonal antibody against fish prolactin polypeptide. The hybridoma is cultured in a medium or transplanted into the abdominal cavity of a mouse to cause ascites carcinoma. The monoclonal antibody against fish prolactin polypeptide produced and accumulated in the culture liquid or ascites is separated therefrom.
