摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten a period required for acceleration or deceleration of a stepping motor by linearly accelerating or decelerating the motor while the torque is large and exponentially accelerating or decelerating the motor in a range where the torque decreases. CONSTITUTION:A counted value is read out as an interval of a drive pulse from a table for controlling acceleration prepared in an ROM 3, and set as an initial value in a timer 2. Then, the timer 2 is started, a drive pulse of a stepping motor 7 is generated through a CPU1 at the set drive pulse interval to rotate the motor 7 in the amount corresponding to one pulse. Then, the content of a register is advanced by 1 to start the timer 2, the motor 7 is then rotated by one step by a high speed drive unit 6 with the drive pulse. The above operations are repeated until the specified pulse is finished, linear acceleration is controlled, and the prescribed pulse exponential acceleration is controlled. In this manner, the period required for accelerating or decelerating the motor can be shortened.
