PURPOSE:To make small the size of an apparatus by a construction wherein the shorter side walls of an apparatus tank are formed of a pair of corrugated heat rediating plates, the longer side walls thereof are formed of a pair of flat plates provided with bushings, the end of each radiating plate is extended to the outer side relative to the base of the flat plate, a column member is provided at each corner of the interior, and the leg of the outermost core is positioned inside of the column members. CONSTITUTION:The shorter side walls of an apparatus tank 11 housing therein the content of a transformer composed of a core 7 and windings 8 as well as insulating oil are formed on a pair of corrugated head radiating plates 3, and a pair of flat plates 12 are provided at longer side walls thereof, the ends of each adjacent those plates being welded to provided a liquid-tight seal. Both ends of each heat radiating plate 3 are extended to the outer side relative to the position of a base 12a of the flat plate 12, and the base 12a is provided with a pair of bushings 5. Hollow rectangular column members 13 are arranged at four corners of the tank 11, respectively, the upper and lower ends of each column member being welded to the upper plate 4 of the tank 11 and the lower side/bottom plate 14 thereof, respectively. An outermost core leg 7a of the core 7 is positioned inside of the column members 13. |
