PURPOSE:To simplify an assembling work of a rotary electric machine by forming an outer stepped spigot and a collar on a lead wire terminal board which is inserted into a lead wire leading hole, engaging the spigot to the spigot of the lead wire temporary fixing jig, and filling and solidifying compound in a lead wire passage and in a terminal base. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire terminal board 15 has the prescribed thickness, an outer circular stepped spigot 15m and a collar 15n are formed, and a hole 15p which passes the lead wirings 2 is opened. The stepped spigot 15m of the board 15 is engaged with the inner spigot 18R of a terminal board temporary jig 16, the wirings 2 are passed through a lead wiring passage 4, and led from a leading hole 15a out of a rotary electric machine. Then, sealing compound 8 is filled in the passage 4 and in a terminal base 5, and a terminal board temporary jig 16 is removed after solidification. In this manner, the terminal base in which the lead wiring are prevented from cutting and damaging at the time of removing the terminal box, can be formed, and the assembling work can be simply performed. |
