PURPOSE:To obtain the titled gripping equipment which is of a good accuracy and simple in its mechanism and structure, by opening and closing a plurality of tire gripping elements radially and in a synchronization via a specified linking member by one rotary element capable to rotate normally and reversely. CONSTITUTION:The rotating movement of an element 11 is transformed into the linearly advancing and retreating movement of the element 3 by using a slider 4 engaged to slide freely in the guide groove 2 shaped linearly in a radial direction and a link 19 due to the pin joint structure connecting each slider 4 and the circular periphery of the rotary element 11 individually. By working the pin fitting hole of the connecting ear part 18 of the rotary element 11 for inserting a pin shaft 20 accurately at a uniform pitch and setting each length of the link 19 definitely, in addition by the guiding structure of the slider 4 preventing a jolt, a precision is significantly improved. |
