PURPOSE:To obtain a shape free from surface stain, occurrence of blurring phenomenon at the time of anodic oxidation in case of Al and defect in shape by extruding a shape upward from an extruding machine, forming a protective film on external surface of the shape, and cutting. CONSTITUTION:A shape 2 of desired shape is extruded upward from an extruding machine 1. At the same time, the tip of the shape 2 is held by a puller 3, and the puller 3 is moved upward at a speed a little greater than extrusion speed. A protective film is formed on the surface of the shape 2 by Boehmite processing spraying water by a sprayer 4 onto the surface of the shape 2 when remaining heat of the shape 2 just after extrusion is 300-350 deg.C. Then, the upper end of the shape 2 is attached to a hanger 6 suspended from a conveyor 5, and lower part of the shape is cut at specified length. |
