PURPOSE:To enable to decelerate a motor in a short time by temporarily increasing the terminal voltage of the motor at the braking time, thereby increasing the iron loss and the copper loss of the motor. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration and deceleration limiter 20 outputs the first output signal Sb1 to be applied to a voltage controller 21 and a voltage/frequency converter 14 and the second output signal Sb2 representing the decelerating operation to be applied only to the controller 21. The gain of the controller 21 is increased by the second signal Sb2, thereby increasing the terminal voltage of a motor 4. In this manner, the iron loss and the copper loss of the motor 4 can be increased, thereby reducing the energy applied to a condenser 2 with the regenerative energy. |
