<p>PURPOSE:To make an enclosed vessel small-sized, by bringing a voltage-dividing electrode close to a high-voltage electric conductor, also providing it on a position which is not affected by an electric field from a high voltage electric conductor of other phase, and applying the difference voltage between said electrode and the high voltage electric conductor, to an electrnoptics effect. CONSTITUTION:On a position which is close to hollow high voltage electric conductors 1'-3', and also is not affected by an electric field from a high-voltage electric conductor of other phase, voltagedividing electrodes 61'-63' of each phase are provided. The voltage-dividing electrode 61' is supported by an electric conductor 10 used for supporting, too, at an adjacent position to a hole pierced at a position entering an electrostatic shielding range of the circumferential surfae of the high-voltage electric conductor 1', and the difference voltage between the electric conductor 1' and the voltage-dividing electrode 61' is applied to an electronptics effect element 7, for instance, a Pockels element, through an electric conductor 12 and 10. An optical cable 13 is connected to a light source 14 and a photoelectric converter 15, which are in the ground potential part, and an electric signal being proportional to the difference voltage is outputted from the photoelectric converter 15.</p> |
