PURPOSE:To localize troubles and smoothen and accelerate the control operation by constructing the terminal controlling devices of the air conditioning apparatus in a building or the like so that they carry out time schedule control, level control, upper and lower limits surveilance, optimum starting control, power-sparing operation control, valve adjustment, and fire countermeasure. CONSTITUTION:When the terminal controlling devices are connected to the power source and initialized, the test data are accessed to a variable memory RAMt to carry out self-diagnosis. If the result is fount to be abnormal, treatment for abnormality is carried out. If the result is normal, DI and AI are taken in and accommodated in the variable memory RAMt. Then, the terminal controlling device perform time schedule control, level control, upper and lower limits surveilance, optimum starting control, power-saving operation control, valve adjusting control and fire control in accordance with a predetermined program. Then, the devices carry out delivery of AD and DO, and carries out judgement as to whether or not there is an outside setter. If it is found that there is no outside setter, the devices begin to carry out data transmission and receipt. If there is outside setter, the PST treatment is carried out, and thereafter troubles can be localized and the control can be smoothened and rapidified. |
