PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic impedance circuit of low voltage drive, by respectively applying an output current of a differential type V-I conversion circuit to a pair of P-N junction elements via a transfer circuit, a terminal voltage of the pair of P-N elements to a differential amplifier and feeding back its output to the input. CONSTITUTION:An input IN is transferred to diodes D1, D2 with a current mirror circuits 3, 4 being loads of differential V-I conversion circuit 1 and inverted. A differential amplifier 2 amplifies a terminal voltage of the diodes D1, D2 and feeds back the output to the input IN. The number of transistors connected between power supply +B and ground is up to three in this circuit constitution, the transistors can be activated with a power supply voltage three times or over the forward voltage of the P-N junction. |
