PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for using a washer, reduce the number of parts and man-hour by compressedly providing a projected part which is formed in an integrated form with an oil seal in between a housing and a drive side plate and absorbing a dimensional error in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:An oil seal 11 consists of a cylindrical part 11b which is provided in the cylinder part 1a of a housing 1, a flange part 11c which is bent to the outer periphery in the radial direction from the end part of the cylindrical part 11b and placed in between the cylinder part 1a and a drive side plate 8, and a projected part 11d which is compressedly provided on a shaft 3 in between the housing 1 and the drive side plate 8. The elastic force of this projected part 11d absorbs the dimensional errors of the drive side plate 8, a rotor 5 and a rear side plate 9, while keeping the parts between these parts air tight. Thereby, a washer which was conventionally necessary can be eliminated without need for positioning a washer, reducing the number of parts and man-hour.
