摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To separate and recover Mo, U, V by subjecting an acid extracting soln. contg. Mo, U, V to repetition of sulfiding treatment, oxidation treatment, and neutralization treatment with an alkali. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials contg. Mo, U, V are treated with mineral acid to dissolve and extract Mo, U, V, and a sulfiding agent such as H2S is added thereto to settle and separate Mo as MoS2. An oxidizing agent such as H2O2 is added to the separating liquid in such a way that is standard apparent potential attains >=500mV, and further an alkali such as NaOH is added to control its pH to 7-8. A mineral acid is added to the produced precipitate to make it acidic with 1-2 pH and the U, V in the precipitate are dissolved. This is filtered and a sulfiding agent such as H2S is added to the filtrate to reduce, thence H2S is expelled by heating, after which the filtrate is passed through ion exchange resins. An alkali such as NaOH is added to the liquid passed through the ion exchange resins to neutralize the same, and V is recovered as hydroxide. The matter adsorbed on the ion exchange resins ie eluted with an NaCl soln., after which an alkali is added to allow U to settle as uranate, which is recovered.</p>
