The process consists of a sequence of phases comprising a first filling of the mould by means of an intrusion system and a subsequent additional high-pressure injection moulding by means of a controllable device in order to compensate for any material shrinkages. The injection moulding device consists of a small accumulation chamber (7) lying in series with the output of the intrusion screw (2) and in which, after conclusion of the intrusion process, a ram (14) generating a high pressure injects additional material in a metered and predetermined amount.
