<p>An automatic system for discharging portions of dough into individual compartment of a fermentation/baking tray involves providing each of an array of swinging pans contg. unfermented portions of dough with lateral bars of progressively greater length. These can then be shifted simultaneously by another array of push rods having lengths which increase according to the spacing and number of the pans. The push rods are mechanically linked to move parallel and synchronously with the tray motion, thus integrating and minimising the portion transfer cycle to the tray motion without resetting a separate control cycle system.</p> |
