<??>The retention strand (17) enters and exits the surface of the scalp at the same point (24) and perpendicularly to the surface, forming a retention loop (16) at the entry-exit point. The retention loop is tied off at the scalp surface (19), preventing creepage of the strand, and the perpendicular approach to the surface prevents ripping of the scalp under load. </p> |
