<p>The luggage box (1) is weatherproof, and solid, and is quickly fixed to the top trim of the car by brackets (10) and transverse bracing strips (9). The box is made of two half shells the bottom one being less deep than the top one for easy access to the luggage. It has hinged (4) on one side and fastening clamps on the other, so that the box opens from the side of the car. One leading edge (7) has the same slope as the car windscreen while trailing edge (11) is shaped to reduce air turbulence.</p> |
