<p>The oven which is easily converted for roasting or grilling has an inner sheet (6) under the top, the heating element (15) being housed in the space between them. The sides of the sheet are shaped to slide in grooves in flanges (7) along the top edges of the side sheets (5), for easy removal. This enables the oven to be used for grilling. For roasting, the same heating element is used, and the inner top sheet is again inserted, and a fan (14) above circulates the heat all round. The inner top sheet has a discharge hole (16) at the centre, inside an annular depression (17) underneath the tips of the fan rotor blades (13).</p> |
