Rotary pulsation mixer - for emulsions and suspensions with porous toroid, aerofoil and resilient blades, and stator rotor unit

A mixer of the rotary pulsation type, for use e.g. in a thermal power plant to produce a highly dispersed and very stable liquid fuel, has in an upper premixing chamber a toroidal container with many pores or perforations in its walls. At least one additive components is introduced here from a storage container. The central rotor/stator mixing chamber is followed by a bottom chamber with resilient blades. The mixer produces emulsions or suspensions with a high degree of dispersion and a high stability. The mixer is simple and functionally reliable; it can be adapted for the admixture of liquid or solid components.
